Swedish Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick oleo or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. English walnuts
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix first ingredients
together by hand.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Mix oleo or butter, softened cream
cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Beat with electric mixer.
Add
walnuts
and
stir
by
hand.
Spread on cooled cake.
