Pineapple Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons corn meal
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    4 large eggs slightly beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1- 3 1/2 oz can coconut milk
    1- 15 oz can crushed pineapple well drained
    unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, cover with foil and continue to cook another 20 minutes.
