Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. or more thin sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
pepper
garlic salt
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 chopped onion
Preparation
-
Mix all together in large mixing bowl.
Spread in greased 9 x 14-inch casserole.
Bake about 25 minutes or until hot through and golden brown.
