Fluffy Lemon Torte - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar, pressing into the bottom of an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water; chill until syrupy. In a medium mixing bowl, beat chilled milk until stiff peaks form. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add jello mixture and mix well. Fold in whipped milk. Pour over crust. Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
