Tacodillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
    1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add package taco seasoning mix and water according to package directions.
    For each tacodilla, place 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese on a soft taco shell.
    Break a hard shell in half; place on top of cheese.
    Top hard shell with 1/6 of meat mixture; fold in half. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet; add 3 tacodillas.
    Cook on each side over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted.
    Repeat with remaining tacodillas.
    Cut each tacodilla in half; serve with taco sauce.
