Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of red pepper
dash of salt
Preparation

Soften the cream cheese and mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Chill.
After chilled, shape into ball and roll in pecans or walnuts.
Serve with crackers.
