Bohemian Bread Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 slices white bread, cubed
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk and salt together.
Add bread and flour.
Flour hands and form into balls.
Drop into rapidly boiling water for about 20 minutes. Remove and drain thoroughly.
Cut in halves with string or really sharp knife. Serves 4.
