Coconut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. Rice Krispies
    2 c. coconut
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1 pkg. chopped dates
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oleo in skillet.
    Add egg yolks, chopped dates and the pecans.
    Cook slowly, stirring for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies.
    When cool enough to handle, roll into balls the size of a walnut and then roll in coconut.
    Makes 40 servings.
