Pasta Ala Dennis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/2 medium red onion, sliced
    1 egg
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 lb. linguini pasta
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
Preparation
    Cook pasta al dente.
    Keep warm.
    Heat oil, garlic and onion in a medium skillet until onions wilt; add bacon and take off heat.
    Stir together cheese and egg.
    Add pasta to skillet with oil, onion, garlic and bacon; toss.
    Add cheese and egg mixture and return to heat until egg curdles.
    Serve with crunchy French bread and enjoy.
