Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    12 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    9 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Brown sausage and drain well.
    Layer bread, sausage and cheese twice.
    Beat together eggs, milk and mustard.
    Pour over layers.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until a knife comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve.
