Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely diced cooked ham, chicken or pork
    3 c. finely sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 qt. cold cooked rice
    1 finely chopped green onion top
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 well beaten egg
Preparation
    Heat oil
    in
    skillet or wok.
    Fry all ingredients over low heat for
    10 minutes.
    Add well beaten egg.
    Cook and stir 5 more minutes (may add more soy sauce).
