Apricot Pork Medallions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch slices
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. apricot jam
    2 sliced green onions
    1/4 tsp. dried mustard
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Flatten each piece of pork slightly.
    Heat the 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat in a skillet.
    Saute pork about 2 minutes each side. Remove from pan.
