Barbecue Ham Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thick center-cut ham steak (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slash flat edge of ham at 1-inch intervals, but do not cut into the meat.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Grill ham about 5 or 6-inches above the coals, brushing often with the barbecue sauce.
    Cook about 5 minutes on each side before turning, making 3 turns in all.
