Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small chunks
1 large head broccoli, cooked and chopped

Preparation

Melt butter in a large pan.
Saute onion in butter.
Add cream of chicken soup and milk.
Turn on low heat, then add cheese and broccoli.
Cook until cheese is melted and well blended.
