Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice, cooked and chilled
    1 pkg. cooked shrimp
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced small
    1 whole onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    dash of oil and vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and chill.
    Add pimentos for color.
