Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
3 large Vidalia onions
1 stick butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Bake pie crust 5 minutes. Saute onions in butter. Combine remaining ingredients with onions and butter. Pour in pie crust. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
