Corn Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained Shoepeg corn
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. real mayonnaise
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and let set overnight in refrigerator. Serve with chips.
