Baked Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. salmon
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. bourbon or water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Clean salmon and remove small bones.
Put foil in pan and place salmon, skin side down.
Mix marinade ingredients and pour over salmon.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
