Raisin Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
Preparation

Boil raisins in water until water is gone. Cream sugar and shortening in bowl and then add eggs. Add vanilla and dry ingredients; mix well. Add the boiled raisins last. Form balls of dough the size of walnuts; roll in granulated sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
