Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo, melted
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 2/3 c. uncooked long grain rice
6 to 8 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Mix first five ingredients together and put in baking dish.
Salt and pepper chicken.
Place chicken on top of soup mixture.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Test for doneness of chicken and rice.
This is real good and there is no premixing.
