Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. oil
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
12 to 15 apples, peeled and cored
raisins or 1/3 c. mincemeat
cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to taste
2 tsp. Fruit-Fresh
Preparation

Bake in 9 x 13-inch glass dish at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Peel and core apples; sprinkle with Fruit-Fresh.
Place flour in a bowl; with a pastry blender, cut in margarine.
Add oil and maple syrup; continue to mix with blender.
Place in baking dish.
Pat down smoothly with the back of a spoon.
Add apples and seasonings as desired.
Cover top with foil, securely wrapped. Bake, remove foil and cool on rack.
