Microwave Spaghetti Squash Mexicana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar of chunky salsa (mild, medium or hot depending on preference)
    1 (4 lb.) spaghetti squash
Preparation
    Pierce squash deeply with knife in 2 places.
    Place on towel in microwave.
    Cook on High 24 to 28 minutes until squash is soft when pressed with fingers.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then cut lengthwise in half.
    Discard seeds.
    Using fork, scrape strands onto serving platter.
    To serve, pour salsa sauce over squash on platter.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
