Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 c. red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 1/2 lb. beef or chicken, cut into strips
Preparation
    Marinate beef or chicken strips 2 hours.
    Remove meat from marinade.
    Saute onion and pepper until lightly browned.
    Remove from pan.
    Add marinated chicken or beef in pan.
    Saute until light brown and tender.
    Toss with vegetables and spoon into flour tortillas.
    Makes 8 servings.
