Seafood Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans stewed tomatoes + 1 can water
    1 large onion, coarsely diced
    1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning (more if you want spicy)
    1/2 lb. fresh fish, cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 lb. shelled shrimp
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and cook over medium heat about 30 minutes.
    If you want thicker stew, you may add a small can of tomato sauce to thicken it.
    Add shrimp and fish; cook until shrimp are pink and fish is flaky.
    Serve piping hot in soup mugs or over cooked rice.
