Cel Cowan'S Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk until frothy.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Pour in baking dish in which butter has been melted.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Serves 8.
