Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. finely diced celery
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
    crisp greens
Preparation
    Peel 2 apples; core and dice.
    Core and dice 1 apple, leaving peel on.
    Mix with lemon juice.
    Add celery, walnuts, mayonnaise and cinnamon.
    Stir lightly to mix.
    Chill in covered container until ready to serve.
    Beat cream with sugar and vanilla in small bowl until stiff and stir into apple mixture.
    Serve on greens.
