Caesar Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. corkscrew pasta
    1 c. sun-dried tomatoes, cut in halves
    1 large cucumber, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped purple onion
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Caesar dressing
Preparation
    Cook pasta like directions; drain.
    Rinse in cold water and drain again.
    Immerse sun-dried tomatoes in boiling water; let stand 10 minutes or until softened.
    Drain well.
    Combine pasta, tomato halves, cucumber, bell pepper, cheese and pepper.
    Add desired amount of dressing, tossing to coat.
    Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
