Potato-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
1 c. water
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook all vegetables and chicken cube 15 minutes.
Mix flour and milk until smooth.
Add to potatoes.
Add cubed cheese and cook on medium-low until cheese is melted.
