Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. grated onion, sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain fat.
    Blend mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch and eggs until smooth.
    Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
