Southwestern Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. lime juice
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
Preparation

Combine ingredients in shallow glass dish; mix well.
Add chicken to marinade; turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate chicken 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain chicken; reserve marinade. Grill chicken over hot coals until done.
