Spring Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. dry shell macaroni
    carrots
    onion
    celery
    green pepper
    cucumber
    radishes
    2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Boil the macaroni. Cool completely. In a large bowl, combine salad dressing, sugar, vinegar and milk. Slice in the vegetables, using as many as you want. Add macaroni. Refrigerate overnight.
