Pepper-Cheese Stuffed Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (80% lean)
    2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions. Shape each into 4-inch patties.
    Place equal amounts of cheese in the center of 4 patties.
    Top with remaining patties and press edges together to seal.
