Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 c. raisins
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add caraway seed and raisins.
    Add milk; mix.
    Add eggs; mix.
    Add shortening; mix.
    Place in greased, floured pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for large loaf pan (40 to 45 minutes for 2 small pans).
