Brandy Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped, divided
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. brandy
Preparation

In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate pieces and milk.
Cook and stir until chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Add wafers, 1/2 cup pecans, powdered sugar and brandy.
Stir well. Cover. Chill for 1 hour. Form mixture into 3/4-inch balls and roll in remaining pecans. Store in refrigerator for as long as one month. Makes about 60 balls.
