Tater Topped Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/3 c. celery, sliced thin
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    Ore-Ida Tater Tots (plain or with onion)
    butter
Preparation
    Brown onions, celery, ground beef and pepper in pan.
    Add salt and pepper; pour into baking dish and pour soup over top. Add Tater Tots and butter to top.
    Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
