Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 c. oleo
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Cook vegetables, onion and celery in oleo; drain.
Mix cheese with mayonnaise; add to vegetables.
Put into baking dish.
Top with crumbs.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until lightly browned.
