Microwave Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. goat milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Fill a Coleman ice chest 3 to 4-inches deep with water heated to 110\u00b0.
    Close and set aside.
    In a 2-quart Pyrex mixing bowl, heat milk to 180\u00b0 using microwave oven temperature probe.
    Ladle milk into glass jars and let cool to 110\u00b0.
    Add yogurt to starter, a heaping teaspoonful per pint of milk and vanilla to taste.
    Place 110\u00b0 jars of milk into cooler of 110\u00b0 water.
    Leave closed for 8 to 9 hours.
    For flavoring, add your homemade jams or fresh fruit.
