Polynesian Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole loin of pork, boneless (6 to 8 lb.), trim off fat
    salt
    pepper
    rosemary
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. honey
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Put meat on rack in shallow roasting pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
    Roast pork in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender when tested with a fork.
    Baste frequently with mixture of soy sauce, catsup, honey and garlic.
    Transfer pork to heated platter; garnish with watercress.
    This serves a crowd and is so easy to fix!
