Ritz Cracker Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    20 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until they stand in soft peaks.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Mix baking powder with crackers.
    Gently fold this, vanilla and nuts into egg whites.
    Pile into greased pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool; cover with Cool Whip at least two hours before serving.
    Top with any fresh or drained frozen fruit.
