Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cooked rotini pasta
    1/2 lb. raw spinach, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Toss all the ingredients in a big bowl, then add your favorite vegetables (i.e. tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, red, green or yellow peppers).
    You may also add sliced grilled chicken breast, chopped black olives and Feta cheese.
    Serve with your choice of dressing.
