Crisp Cheddar Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups (5 or 6 medium) potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 cups chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, butter, salt and onion.
    Mix well.
    In a 9x13 baking dish alternate layer of potatoes and cheese ending with cheese.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, covering potatoes the first 15 minutes of baking time.
