Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. shredded carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Add last 5 ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased and slightly floured pan about 35 minutes or until done.
Cool before removing from pans.
