Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
salt to taste
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine meat, salt, onion powder, oregano and 3 tablespoons of the tomato sauce.
Shape into 6 patties.
Broil hamburgers until nearly done.
Top with mushrooms, cheese and remaining tomato sauce.
Broil another 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts.
