Cold Mixed Vegetable Salad(Salade Nicoise) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced, cooked, new potatoes
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    12 anchovy fillets
    2 c. cooked, cut green beans
    1/3 c. wine vinaigrette
    4 c. salad greens
    capers
    small, pitted, ripe olives
Preparation
    Sprinkle potatoes with vinegar; let stand 1 hour.
    In another bowl, toss tomatoes and green beans with vinaigrette; let stand 1 hour.
