New England Toll House Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. semi-sweet morsels
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, sour cream, melted butter and vanilla.
    Make a \"well\" in the dry ingredients; add the wet ingredients, blending lightly.
    Quickly fold in chocolate morsels.
    Do not overmix the batter.
    Spoon into greased (Pam sprayed) muffin tins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
