Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. food coloring
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix in saucepan.
Heat and stir quickly on stove.
In
few minutes, it's done.
It should not stick to your fingers.
