Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 Vidalia onions, sliced
    1 stick butter
    Parmesan cheese
    Ritz crackers
    1/8 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Place 1/2 in casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then crush Ritz crackers over top. Repeat.
    Pour 1/8 cup milk over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until brown.
