Bits Of Sunshine - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lemon cake mix
1/2 container Cool Whip
1 egg
10x sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together to make a thick batter.
Drop by teaspoon into 10x sugar; roll into balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
I've also used chocolate cake mix.
It is real good also.
I think any flavor would work great.
