Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Nutty Pie Crust
    1 1/4 c. pumpkin
    1/3 c. Sugar Twin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. canned evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, Sugar Twin and spices until well blended. Stir in eggs until mixed thoroughly.
    Add in milk a little at a time and blend well.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
