Stuffed Whole Wheat Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium onion
    25 to 30 whole wheat shells
    2 eggs
    1 can chopped olives, drained
    1 1/2 c. raw wheat germ
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 2/3 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
    2 slices whole grain bread, crumbled or 1 slice bread and 1/3 c. bran
Preparation
    Brown
    onion
    and
    ground
    beef, then add olives, wheat germ, cheese
    and
    bread.
    Parboil shells for 8 minutes, then stuff with beef mixture and put in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour soup
    over\tall and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
